Youth Mentorship

Passing the torch to the next generation.

The military taught us leadership, discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Now we pass those lessons on to young people in Parrish and across Manatee County.

Why It Matters

“Someone once saw potential in each of us before we saw it in ourselves. Now it's our turn.”

Many of us can name the drill sergeant, chief, or commanding officer who changed the course of our lives. Mentorship made us who we are.

Parrish is one of the fastest-growing communities in Florida, and it's full of young families. Our members bring decades of real-world experience in leadership, trades, medicine, engineering, logistics, and public service. We're here to share it through programs that build character, open doors, and show young people what service looks like.

Our Commitment

Safety comes first

Parents, schools, and youth organizations trust us with the young people they love. We take that trust seriously.

★  Volunteers who work with youth complete background screening
★  Mentoring happens in group or public settings, never one-on-one behind closed doors
★  We partner with schools and established youth organizations and follow their policies
★  Parents and guardians are always informed and welcome
